From our first meeting with Cassandra and Gary, we immediately knew they were the best! They were warm and engaging, communicating with confidence their commitment to providing exceptional care for our home. We are happy to say we began a relationship with them. Gary visits our home weekly, paying close attention to detail, taking time to check each room, appliances, the basement, garage, yard and exterior of our home. He then sends a text message following each visit. If something requires attention, he immediately tell us and offers his expert advise for a solution. Gary and Cassandra also have excellent relationships with the best service providers on the Island, when needed. Gary and Cassandra are always available, and for this we are truly grateful. We have peace of mind leaving our home with them. We are confident trusting their knowledge and understanding for our home, knowing is it with same loving care they provide for their own home.

Partners MV have provided me with property management and cleaning services for the past year and a half. When I was setting up my new condo on island, Gary and Cassandra were essential resources to me and my family. They gave suggestions, received packages, met contractors, and more. Gary continues to provide routine care to our property and has been available during a few unfortunate urgent/emergency situations. He always picks up and is an expert problem solver with lots of relationships on the island. Cassandra organizes cleaning services for our property including guest turnovers during the busy summer months. Her team is excellent, precise, and thoughtful. I’ve been using this cleaning service for almost 10 years now – starting when it was a small company of Casandra and a few cleaners. It was excellent then and is excellent now. They are always highly professional, honest, reliable and efficient. There is nothing better than coming into town when we know lots of relatives have been passing in and out of our house – and find it sparkling when we open the door, thoroughly cleaned and organized. Casandra goes out of her way to be flexible and accommodate our often-unpredictable schedule. Her workers are friendly but non-intrusive and manage to get everything thoroughly cleaned even if we are in their way. They are attentive to details, work quickly and efficiently and are accommodating of our personal preferences and small favors (moving something that is too heavy for us..).
 
We have been using Gary as our house caretaker for almost 4 years. He always responds quickly to our requests, is observant of what needs to be done around the house before it becomes a problem, and skilled in fixing things that are a problem. He has local contacts for anything that isn’t in his skill set and makes sure it always gets done well.
 
Both Gary and Casandra help make our lives more manageable. We totally depend on them, are always happy with their work and have never been disappointed.

Since 2021, Gary and Casandra have managed and cleaned (3) of our houses used for employee housing. This employee housing management requires a lot of communication and oversight. Gary and Casandra have orchestrated this employee housing management seamlessly! In addition, Gary has done an excellent job at lining up vendors to install a new roof, install mini splits, install new doors & windows, install new appliances, install new hot water heater, interior & exterior painting and install new gutters etc. Gary has also done an excellent job at lining up vendors to maintain the houses especially when something is broken and needs repair asap.
